Step 4. SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL TO PRAXIS

Terms of Use

By submitting a proposal to Praxis, you are agreeing to our terms of use, which include Praxis's right to copy and disseminate any part or all of your proposal to the Federal government, the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), and other Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal agencies.

Where to Submit Proposals

Submitted proposals become the property of Praxis and are retained and destroyed in accordance with defined policies.

Proposals should be submitted to the Praxis Contracts Office at the following address:

Submission via e-mail is highly encouraged.

What to Submit

All proposals must be received at Praxis by the date and time specified in the RFP. Unless specified otherwise in the RFP, you should submit the following:

  1. If submitting via e-mail:
    1. A PDF (indexed, unlocked, and searchable) or Microsoft Word file of the entire proposal
    2. The cost spreadsheet, including all formulas
  2. If not submitting via e-mail:
    1. A signed original and the number of copies specified in the RFP
    2. A CD-ROM containing:
