The following files will assist you in preparing your proposal to Praxis, submitting your invoices, and reporting your monthly activities. You're not required to use these files, but using them ensures that you meet all of Praxis's requirements.

Proposal Template: Use this template to prepare your Technical/Cost Proposal
Invoice: Use this worksheet to submit monthly invoices to Praxis
Technical Report: Use this document to report your monthly activities (submitted with your invoice)
Cost Element Summary Table: You must submit this table, or a similar table, with your proposal (this table is also included in the Proposal Template)
Subcontractors, Subawards, and Consultants Table: You must submit this table, or a similar table, with your proposal if you are making subawards (this table is also included in the Proposal Template)
Subcontractor Travel Authorization Form: Use this form to request approval for contract-related travel.
