TIGERS - Thermospheric and Ionospheric Global Remote Sensing
The proposed TIGERS mission provided the first comprehensive, global remote sensing investigation of couplings between thermospheric and ionospheric (T/I) composition and dynamics in response to solar cycle maximum conditions. This focus provided an opportunity to test understandings of the coupled T/I system under extreme and previously under-sampled conditions. The mission science objective was to characterize and understand the full range of variability of the global coupled T/I system (90-700 km) at solar maximum.
Praxis provided system engineering, cost modeling, program scheduling, decision support, program planning, multimedia design, and document management services for TIGERS.
